YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking an IT Admin to support our mission by overseeing day-to-day IT operations, including mobile device management, Google Workspace, and VPN networks. Leveraging your expertise in IT processes, you will ensure privacy and data protection standards while collaborating with our IT infrastructure team to seamlessly integrate general IT operations with our existing infrastructure.

• MDM Implementation and Management: Select, implement, and configure an appropriate MDM system for managing corporate devices. Manage laptops across different operating systems and enable remote functionalities like remote locking and wiping devices.
• Application and Device Management: Manage and integrate Google Workspace with other applications used by the company and set up company devices during the onboarding process.
• ISO 27001 and Data Protection: Develop and implement SOPs for ISO 27001 compliance, conduct training on security topics, and develop data protection SOPs.
• Managing Remote VPN Access: Maintain a secure VPN to ensure safe remote access to corporate data, providing our team with reliable and protected connectivity from any location.
• Onsite Network and Access Security Management: Oversee and manage the security of our onsite network and access controls.
• Collaborating with Our Software Infrastructure Team: Work closely with our software infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of IT systems.

• Experience in implementing and managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems;
• Proficient in managing various operating systems, including Linux, Mac, and Windows;
• Skilled in managing Google Workspace and other relevant applications such as Slack, Notion, and HiBob;
• Knowledgeable with Active Directory management;
• Preferably, you are familiar with ISO 27001 standards and data protection regulations.
