YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking an exceptional Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team as we continue our growth journey. In this role, you will influence our legal framework and align our business objectives with legal guidance and hands-on execution. You will be the primary point of contact for all commercial and corporate law matters, working closely with our leadership team.

• Leading the structuring, drafting, and guiding negotiation of commercial agreements across our business. 
• Developing and maintaining our legal framework, including contract management and compliance initiatives. 
• Managing relationships with external law firms. 
• Providing strategic (legal) advice to management on corporate governance and risk management. 

• First German State Examination (Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen) or a Bachelor (LL.B.) / Master of Laws (LL.M.)  with a focus on commercial/corporate law.
• Relevant experience in contract drafting and negotiations, ideally gained in a fast-paced business environment.
• Business fluency in both German and English.
• Ability to navigate complex legal matters while maintaining clear communication with non-legal stakeholders.
• Familiar with the evolving legal needs of rapidly scaling businesses, with proven adaptability, foresight and an emphasis on lean processes.
