We are seeking an outstanding candidate to fill the position of Partnerships Lead. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong partnerships with private companies and public institutions active in the fusion value chain, actively supporting our public funding applications and the management of public grants.

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field, Economics, Business or related fields. Master's degree preferred;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in academia, consulting, government, business strategy or adjacent fields;
• Background in fusion, plasma physics domain or similar;
• Willingness to travel, as required;
• Fluency in English and fluency in German; French and/or Italian are a plus;

• Contribute to building and maintaining robust partnerships with public research institutions, private partners, and industrial suppliers;
• Support the drafting, submission and processing of public funding applications. Manage relationships with government authorities that issue grants, including administrative project management and reporting;
• Support, in collaboration with lawyers, the management of Intellectual Property (IP) assets and IP agreements with partners.
