YOUR IMPACT
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll work closely with our recruitment team to identify and secure top-tier talent for scientific and engineering roles. Beyond hiring, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment processes and setting new standards for excellence in candidate experience and efficiency.

- Finding Exceptional Talent: Source, engage, and hire top scientific and engineering minds while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Optimizing Processes: Help improve recruitment workflows and standards to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Driving Excellence: Manage pipelines, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring timelines to maintain smooth application journeys.
- Being a Team Player: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment at every stage of the hiring process.
- Experienced: You bring very relevant hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in high-tech, engineering, hardware, or manufacturing either in-house or agency.
