The Director of Pharmacy, Inpatient is responsible for the management and supervision of pharmaceutical services in a hospital setting. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of pharmacy operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Doctor of Pharmacy degree with postgraduate residency preferred
- Current registration in the state of Massachusetts as a Registered Pharmacist; BPS specialty certification preferred
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, including experience with computerized pharmacy systems
- Ability to supervise pharmacy staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
