The System of Support Inclusion Toileting is responsible for supporting student behavior and monitoring student inclusion. Inclusion Support
• Support student mastery of new skill through project-based learning
• Promote and maintain a culture of inclusivity and well-being of students.
• Monitor student activities, student behavior, and changes in student behavior, and maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Supervise outdoor and co-curricular activities.
Expectations and Accountability
• Comply with the ProYouth Employee Handbook
• Comply with timekeeping requirements as stated in Timekeeping Manual
• Address issues, concerns, and challenges to immediate supervisor
• Build positive and professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, ProYouth executive and administrative staff, site principal, teachers and parents
• Participation in professional development, staff meetings, site training and professional learning communities
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• Participate as a positive team member for the purpose of enhancing and sharing knowledge and skills for the delivery of best practices.
• Assist students to shape appropriate social behavior, communication skills, provide physical development and “self-care”, and positions/locates students to avoid abusive behavior.
• Administer first aid and medical assistance to provide appropriate care for the ill or injured students;
• If directed, will accompany students on the bus to and from school for field trips
• Participate in daily activities, training sessions and special activities to assist in the implementation and evaluation of student IEP objectives.
