Key Responsibilities:
Your primary role will involve planning and organizing a schedule of appointments for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will be coordinating with legal guardians to ensure that all necessary appointments for the individual’s care are scheduled and attended. You will be taking individuals to their appointments and communicating with providers, acting as their advocate throughout the appointment process. It is essential that you are a great communicator and will act in the individual’s best interest at all times. You will provide summaries of appointments for all essential parties and must have good writing abilities.
When individuals do not have appointments, you will be conducting direct support of individuals with intellectual disabilities, assisting with a variety of tasks, including self-care skills, meal preparation, money management, and social activities.

Requirements for this position:
- FULL part-time flexibility M-F between the hours of 7 AM and midnight
- Good writing skills (writing test will be administered prior to hire)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Must be compassionate and dependable
- Clean driving record (three years minimum)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- A commitment to making a positive impact in support of individuals with intellectual disabilities
