• Prospecting: Knock doors, build your network, and generate fresh leads through strategic outreach and referrals.
• Client Consultations: Meet with homeowners, business owners, and property managers to understand their roofing needs and offer smart, customized solutions.
• Solution Selling: Craft clear, detailed proposals that align with each client's goals and concerns.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our project managers and installation crews to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Industry Insight: Stay sharp with knowledge of the latest roofing materials, tools, and trends to stay ahead of the competition.

What You Bring to the Table

• Sales Background: Experience in outside sales is a must; experience in roofing, construction, or a related field is a major plus.
• Strong Communicator: You know how to listen, educate, negotiate, and close with confidence.

• Hands-On Attitude: Willing and able to perform basic roof inspections
