The Paul Reed Smith Guitars (PRS) is hiring an ONSITE Financial Analyst, FP&A responsible for supporting business analysis, forecasting, and budget management. This role will report directly to the CFO.

Summary of the Financial Analyst, FP&A:
Provides financial analysis and forward-looking financial modeling to identify areas for improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst, FP&A:
- Performs consolidation of U.S. Entity, PRS Europe, PRS Japan and PRS Canada in support of the financial close, forecasting and planning.
- Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
- Reviews reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals and suggests methods of improving the planning process as appropriate. Assist in the preparation of the Board Meeting presentation
- Act as the primary overseer of the financial health of PRS Europe, PRS Japan and PRS Canada. Responsible for communicating any anomalies in a timely fashion to the CFO.
- Builds and maintains financial forecasting tools to support in year, budgets and long-term strategic plans.
- Build and maintains financial models to support capital investment to support prioritization of spend and maintain ROI criteria.
- Assist in the production of timely and accurate monthly GAPP financial reporting packages.
- Assist with the recommendation, development, and implementation of process improvements in support of department goals. Partner with the designated team to streamline/automate segmentation reporting and visualizations for key front-end metrics (sales/margins/orders/etc.).
Experience Requirements and Competencies for the Financial Analyst, FP&A:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required
- Requires at least 2 years of Experience, prior manufacturing or FP&A experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Powerpoint, is required.
- Ability to effectively prepare and present financial analysis summaries and projections as required.
- Experience with ERP systems required, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX 20212 preferred
- Establishing and fostering collaborative relationships across all levels to provide a high level of service in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Strong time management and sense of urgency to address issues promptly is necessary in this role along with the ability to be flexible and agile.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- This role will require the ability to develop recommendations for process improvement.

Salary Range for the Financial Analyst, FP&A:
- $79,000 - $95,000
