The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also involves attending and presenting at commercial and HOA trade events to boost brand visibility and drive growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing diverse tasks while fostering lasting partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales, retention, and satisfaction
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities within municipalities, contractors, and property management sectors
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client concerns and ensuring needs are met
  • Conducts regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborates with sales, production, logistics, and office teams to support business operations and achieve revenue targets
  • Monitors and report on sales performance, client engagement, and overall relationship health
  • Ensures contracts, proposals, and agreements are properly managed and executed
  • Analyzes market trends and client feedback to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
  • Works closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to enhance the client experience
  • Assists with accounts receivable and administrative tasks as needed
  • Designs and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Manages email lists, segment audiences, and create personalized, targeted email communications.
  • Monitors email campaign performance, A / B testing, and optimize open / click rates for maximum impact.
  • Coordinates with team and update customer records and marketing data within CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Pipedrive
  • Analyzes CRM data to help drive sales and marketing strategies, improving customer engagement and conversion
  • Collaborates with the sales team to ensure seamless lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting on sales pipeline progress
  • Attends and represent the company at various commercial and HOA trade organization events, conferences, and expos.
  • Presents marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and service offerings to potential clients and industry partners
  • Organizes and promote company participation in industry events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and CRM tools
  • Assists in budget planning, campaign tracking, and performance reporting for all marketing activities.
  • Collaborates with other departments (sales, design, etc.) to create cohesive marketing strategies and materials
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of office management and client relations principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Timely response times
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Education and / or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or a related field / or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, account management, or client relations
  • Strong background in social media, email marketing (Mailchimp), and print media
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Pipedrive
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing efforts
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams, clients, and event organizers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience attending and presenting at industry events is preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop strategic recommendations
  • Knowledge of commercial and HOA trade sectors is a plus
