Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead Business Growth: Take the lead in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the facility management sector. Engage with potential clients to secure long-term contracts and build lasting partnerships.
🔹 Expert Financial Modeling: Lead the creation of financial models for multi-million-dollar outsourcing deals, including labor estimates, organizational modeling, overhead analysis, budgeting, fee structuring, and benchmarking. Your insights will drive the profitability of these projects.
🔹 Client-Centric Sales & Negotiations: Manage high-stakes client pitches and contract negotiations. Your ability to present tailored solutions and build trust will play a pivotal role in winning new business and retaining clients.
🔹 Proposal & RFP Leadership: Oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials, including proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for new ventures and contract renewals. Your attention to detail will ensure all submissions align with client needs and expectations.
🔹 Regional Strategy Contribution: Collaborate with internal teams to drive regional business development strategies. Participate in key client workshops, shaping agendas, distributing minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
🔹 Project Management & Coordination: Manage and track the progress of client plans, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure smooth execution and alignment with client goals.
🔹 Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Work closely with internal colleagues across various business lines to ensure seamless execution of business pursuits. Lead internal communications and coordinate regional initiatives to promote growth.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✔️ Proven experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), with a track record of driving new business and managing complex client relationships.
✔️ Construction experience is a significant plus! Knowledge of construction-related facilities management will be highly valued.
✔️ Strong financial modeling capabilities with expertise in budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting.
✔️ Experience in leading proposals, RFP responses, and client-facing negotiations.
✔️ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
✔️ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
