Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and equipment to optimize productivity.
- Implement project scheduling techniques to track progress and adjust timelines as necessary.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop contracts and manage changes effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients regarding project status and any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Experience in Masonry, Concrete & Exterior Restoration.
- Experience in Suspended Scaffolding.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
