Currently, we are supporting a global real estate business, in their search for a skilled Project Manager with interior General Contractor (GC) experience. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering excellence in facilities services projects for clients worldwide.
You will be instrumental in driving project success and client satisfaction within our client's organization. You'll oversee multiple client accounts, utilizing your expertise in interior renovation projects to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for multiple client accounts, leveraging your interior GC experience to understand client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, managing sales efforts and ensuring service delivery exceeds client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for service enhancements and new sales prospects, drawing on your GC experience to provide valuable insights.
- Collaborate with sales professionals to define project requirements, exploring innovative approaches while adhering to interior GC best practices.
- Proactively manage client expectations and address conflicts as they arise, ensuring alignment with project scopes and responsibilities.
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery according to client needs and contractual obligations, utilizing your interior GC expertise to drive project success.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in project management, particularly in interior renovation projects within the General Contractor (GC) sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, capable of effectively presenting information and addressing sensitive issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced financial acumen, including the ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
- Exceptional reasoning ability, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
