Position Overview
The Roofing Field Assistant will work in a crew with our Lead Roofing Mechanic, who oversees each job. The Roofing Field Assistant will support the Lead Roofing Mechanic on-site with roofing, siding, or other exterior repair and installation projects, as well as pick up and drop off materials and assist with site inspections.
No experience necessary; we will provide training. A good attitude, professional work practices, and a desire to help people in need are requirements for the job.
Requirements
- Being available for routine on-call emergency services and after-hours work
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Must lift heavy items up to 50 lbs on a routine basis
- Employees may be required to routinely climb ladders and work in high places.
