Your Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget

✔️ Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution

✔️ Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards

✔️ Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment

✔️ Problem-solve and adapt quickly to any construction challenges that arise

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction

✅ Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and construction methodologies

✅ Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

✅ Experience with multifamily, office, retail, K-12 or hospitality projects is a plus

✅ Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control measures
