Bilingual Staffing Coordinator

PRT-Staffing is a thriving staffing firm seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Staffing Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. If you have a passion for organization, possess strong communication skills, and are fluent in both Spanish and English, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to our recruiting team.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communication, and maintain candidate records.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and completing necessary paperwork into our CRM System
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

​Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Prior administrative or staffing experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
