RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored for digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Develop short-form videos, reels, and interactive content that enhances audience connection and brand awareness.
- Design and implement content calendars that align with marketing initiatives and seasonal trends.
- Monitor trends and create timely, relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community growth.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand advocates to expand the brand’s reach.
- Analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategies and maximize impact.
- Work alongside creative and marketing teams to define and refine brand storytelling.
- Ensure a cohesive brand aesthetic and voice across all digital channels.
- Utilize analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategies and drive audience interaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media strategy, or brand marketing (ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries).
- Expertise in short-form video creation, Instagram Reels, and TikTok marketing.
- Strong understanding of content scheduling, analytics, and community engagement.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and collaboration.
- Basic graphic design and multimedia editing experience.
