A rapidly growing women’s better contemporary brand is seeking an exceptional Store Manager for its new location, opening soon. This role is crucial in driving the store’s profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, and ensure the store meets its sales goals and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also work closely with the corporate team to ensure optimal product assortments and effective display strategies. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can assist in building and leading a strong team, executing sales strategies, and drive business growth.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a fashion retail environment, better contemporary and/or luxury retail preferred.
- Degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have experience managing a cash drawer, reconciling cash receipts and experience performing all duties associated with end of day closing.
- Understanding of reporting and analytics, with strong computer literacy, data entry and data processing skills.
- Ability to manage processes and identify procedural gaps.
- Ability to manage team members effectively, and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Energetic, confident, and adaptable personality with strong leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- High technological competency; experience with NetSuite, Shopify and Gladly desired.
