Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Prudent Engineering has an opening for an Office Engineer NIII based in our Buffalo, NY office. The Office Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of transportation infrastructure projects. This position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years of Office Engineering experience within New York State DOT using SiteManager software, or 10 years of office engineering experience, using other administrative software.
The minimum requirements we seek:
- Five years of Office Engineering experience within New York State DOT or equivalent administrative experience in transportation infrastructure projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SiteManager software or 10 years using other administrative software is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with New York State DOT standard specifications.
