Duties
- Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, contracts, TEDRA agreements, and pleadings
- Collaborate with senior attorney and support staff
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and issues
Qualifications
- Admission to the Washington bar with good standing
- 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably involving estate administration and/or adult guardianships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Very organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- High proficiency with Clio and MS Suite
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong legal writing skills with a proven ability to draft clear and persuasive documents
