The salary range for this role is from $53,700.00 to $83,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.

Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrate ownership, urgency, and responsiveness in assisting RIA partners (firm leadership, advisors, and operations staff), sales, and strategic distribution relationships with service-related requests via telephone and e-mail
- Carefully manage new business cases through the new business process to ensure successful placement of the business
- Handle periodic inforce inquiries and processing
- Anticipate advisor needs and provide creative alternatives to service requests
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service is consistently provided, and often serve as the liaison between external customers and internal functional groups
- Actively share service and process improvement ideas, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
- Provide Leadership with regular updates on key/critical cases and relationships
- Ability to work 9:00 AM ET – 5 PM ET with occasional overtime if needed
- 1-2 years previous customer service experience is desired
- Annuities and case management experience preferred
- Prior experience with the Registered Investment Advisor channel preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Series 6/7/63 FINRA Registrations preferred though not required
This position will work virtually, therefore new hires must be able to provide the following:
- Subscribe to internet service provider plan with at least 25 Mbps download speeds. You must be willing to troubleshoot any issues or outages with your home internet service, contacting your service provider as necessary.
- Must have the capability to handle calls with a cell phone (would need to have unlimited data and minutes) or a landline. Your personal phone number will not be identified to customers.
- Quiet area in your home with minimal distractions and noise free.
- Reliability and Dependability throughout our extensive training program is required.
