The Chief Investment Office (“CIO”) of Prudential conducts asset and liability management and portfolio construction for all of Prudential’s domestic and international business operations and manages over $365 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2024. The Financial Management and Reporting team is a group within the CIO that provides support in a reporting, forecasting and operational capacity to the Prudential Select Strategies (“PSS”) and Impact and Responsible Investing (“IRI”) Alternative Asset groups.
The Financial Management and Reporting team is seeking a Senior Planning & Analysis Associate to join the team.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

The salary range for this role is from $59,300.00 to $88,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.

What to expect:
- Prepare analysis packages for Senior Management discussions on multi-year forecasts and actuals reporting.
- Prepare pricing tickets with deal specific information extracted from legal docs for back-office support teams.
- Prepare cash reconciliations, cash flow calculations and expense review files for internal Investment Subsidiaries.
- Prepare investment allocations by business for Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Real Assets.
- Prepare calculations for FX derivative trades and allocations for public equity sales.
- Prepare the analysis of AUM on a quarterly basis.
- Prepare review files for asset transfers for Assets in Kind process as part of the Pension Risk Transfers process.
- Prepare calculation for transfers related to ongoing business specific projects.
- Successfully partner and foster relationships with multiple groups.(Investment, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Performance, Finance, Expense Reporting).
- Provide timely responses for email communication with both internal and external partners.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-3 years of accounting / financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel strongly recommended)
- Team-oriented with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Understanding of Alternative Investments, Equities and Fixed Income
