What are the responsibilities and job description for the URGENTLY HIRING SPANISH SPEAKING CAREGIVER FOR SOUTH CHICAGO AREA position at PRUDENTIAL HOME HEALTH SERVICES?
Responsibilities:
Provide client with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping
Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight, if necessary
MUST FOLLOW PLAN OF CARE
Assist clients in the active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, and report any changes to the Homemaker supervisor.
Assist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, shopping
Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards
Ensure client’s rights are adhered to.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Successful completion of Homemaker Training or Cna Training
A minimum two (2) year of documented experience is required
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Licensed driver with an insured and reliable automobile
Proof of Covid Vaccine card or Covid-19 test result completed within the last 7 days
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
