This rewarding opportunity will enable you to have an impact in our organization, so if this sounds exciting, then PGIM Private Capital might be the place.Your Impact : Owning and championing the design and operation of data models in Microsoft FabricAnalyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data modelsImplementing data strategies and developing data modelsEvaluating, maintaining, and documenting existing data systems for variances and efficienciesReviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibilityPartnering with data engineering to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize data modelsFollowing and suggesting standards and best practices for developmentYour Required Skills : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experienceRelevant experience in the financial services industryMinimum3 years of hands-on experience data modeling within Enterprise Data Warehouse (Data Vault 2.0 and data modeling tools like Erwin preferred)Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Power BI / Tableau is strongly preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to stay current with rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needsThe PGIM Private Capital Business : At PGIM Private Capital (PPC), expertise, analysis, and experience drive everything we do. The salary range for this role is from $100,000-$115,000 Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and / or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
