Your Day to Day: Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Supporting development of strategic internal and/or external communications plans Conducting media analysis including media landscape assessments surveying how different outlets are reporting on certain topics/people/issues Leveraging tools, like Teams, to support internal communications and employee engagement across the enterprise and/or in support of specific initiatives Providing support on a wide variety of assignments including media list development, newsletter compilation, content development, messaging document development and proofreading Monitoring and/or analyzing social media activity Writing and developing content, for example, drafting articles for company intranet or external communications Placements will vary across the business, experiences within our Communications Program include: Corporate Communications Enterprise Employee Communications Required Qualifications: Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027 All majors are welcome to apply Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration Preferred Qualifications: High curiosity, openness, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork Demonstrated analytical ability, detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks Strong written communication, including editing content Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new applications Previous experience in communications-related roles Passionate about pursuing a career in communications Our Application Process: 1.
