Prudential is hiring for a Retirement Marketing Strategist who will be responsible for assisting in identifying key ideas & concepts and driving them into actionable content for the Growth Markets sector of the Retirement Strategies business – specifically in retail wealth management. Key Responsibilities: Business Building/Entrepreneurial Mindset: Assist in building a transformational business from the ground up Content Development: Assist in the identification and transformation of key ideas into actionable content specifically tailored for wealth management within the retirement income sector. Sales Understanding: Demonstrate a profound understanding of the sales process, especially within wealth management and with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) where you will proactively anticipate business needs and identify key opportunities to drive goals. Annuities Knowledge: Deep expertise in annuities, with a specific focus on Contingent Deferred Annuities (CDAs) and strategies involving RIAs. Collaboration: Engage extensively across Prudential’s Retirement Strategies Growth Markets Business, with a specialized focus on retail income strategies and wealth management, ensuring effective cross-organizational collaboration. Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize data, metrics, and analytics to craft and drive engaging marketing content, establishing a strong market presence in the wealth management space with a focus on protected income. Sales Marketing Programs: Develop and implement impactful sales marketing programs that are specifically designed for the wealth management sector and RIAs. Lead Development: Create and manage sales leads programs and omni-channel marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on performance-based marketing, tailored for wealth management and RIAs. Required Skills: 8 years of extensive marketing or business experience within the retirement markets or retail investments, with a strong emphasis on wealth management, CDAs, and RIAs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to a wealth management audience. Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently lead projects and collaborate effectively across teams. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate within the wealth management and RIA channels. Independent self-starter who takes ownership of their initiatives and projects. Demonstrated experience with B2B and B2B2C Excellence in developing omni channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance-based marketing It’d be a plus if you had: Experience and expertise with digital marketing platforms (Adobe suite experience) Experience developing segmentation strategies in highly complex market environment Experience operating in an agile marketing environment The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis in our Fort Washington, PA office as determined by your business. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
