Our District Sales Managers play a crucial role in achieving the overall growth goals of our business through motivating, developing and coaching, our professional outside sales team to achieve their sales goals.
Requirements:
- Responsible for managing the activities and results of up to seven corporate sales representatives based in the greater Denver, Colorado and Albuquerque, New Mexico markets.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue goals for assigned market centers.
- Recruit, select, hire, train, and develop new and existing Corporate Sales Representatives
- Responsible to ensure the weekly activity guidelines and sales plans for each Corporate Sales Representative are met.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coach Corporate Sales Representatives providing specific and detailed feedback on their sales skills, execution of sales techniques, and attainment of activity, territory, sales and overall performance.
- Effectively build and maintain a total team environment with Operations and other support staff.
- 50% travel requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Five plus years proven track record in business to business selling experience with an emphasis in new account sales. Textile services sales and sales management experience is required.
- Five years business to business sales management experience of multiple sales representatives.
- Must possess strong knowledge of Consultative Selling Skills.
- Prior formal sales and sales management training.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM business software.
