Staff Accountant

This role will primarily support both Treasury and general accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, have strong analytical skills and attention to detail; experience with treasury or cash management processes is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with cash management, including daily cash reporting, wire, ACH and credit card processing

· Aid in preparation of bank reconciliations

· Assist and collaborate with internal teams to optimize cash management and payment processes. Help address ad hoc inquiries from the team to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

· Provide support to the accounting team by assisting with Fixed Asset management, business and property license payments, and related record keeping

· Assist with audits by gathering and organizing necessary documentation and reports

· Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and providing other administrative support to the Finance team

· Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· 1-3 years of accounting or treasury experience preferred

· Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

· Mid-Advanced Excel (i.e. pivot tables, various lookups, complex formulas, shortcuts/hot keys)

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
