We are looking for a highly motivated and self-sufficient individual to provide both administrative and client support for J. Minette Wealth Advisors at Prudential.
This chosen individual will be joining a team of best-in-state financial planners who are focused on supporting clients' financial futures.
The Customer Service Coordinator/Office Manager is a key member of our team whose typical day may include:
- Interacting with clients, peers, and home office to solve problems, facilitate operations, and gather information
- Implementing transactions and money movements as directed by planner
- Reviewing client financial statements, documents, and other data
- Completing other day-to-day activities of the office environment
Qualification for Customer Service Coordinator/Office Manager:
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Are flexible and can deal with a variety of situations and ability to multi-task
- Have strong computer and software skills (Excel, CRMs and specific industry tools)
- Are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
- Have the ability to work independently and communicate decisions and actions to the Financial Planner
- Have prior business experience of 2 - 4 years in Business, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Have a college degree or equivalent work/life experience with a minimum of an associates degree
- Are able to pass a background check
