Ensure team is achieving or succeeding key performance indicators through observation and coaching.
Manage team of Rehabilitation Specialists, Forensic Specialists, and RTW Coordinators providing return-to-work services in both STD, LTD, and ADA, forensic assessments of employability and occupational analysis.
Advance capabilities of vocational team through participation or leadership of initiatives both unit and cross functional.
Provide vocational subject matter expertise in the sales and customer retention cycles.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of diverse talent.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience/capabilities or demonstrated aptitude for leading a team of professionals in the disability insurance industry.
Masters degree in rehabilitation related field and CRC certified required.
Experience working with cross functional business partners in claims, distribution, product, and other expert resources.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Experience working with small to national level customers in execution of critical services.
Seeking track record of innovation and strong results.

The salary range for this role is from $103,100.00 to $153,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
