What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Pruett's Pool and Spa?
Dispatched from our West Plains location, responsibilities include primarily field work activities at customer locations in the West Plains MO and Mountain Home AR service area. While driving to and from work sites is required, the work is generally within our service area. This work requires high levels of customer interaction and independent decision making. Primary responsibilities include constructing and repairing above ground pools and associated equipment, delivering and set-up of hot tubs, repairing spas and pool equipment, cleaning and checking water chemistry in pools and hot tubs, cleaning and organizing warehouse and shop areas, and other related work as required. This includes planning for service orders and stocking service trucks with all parts and supplies for efficient and complete conduct of the work. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and competency is use of hand tools is a plus. Ability to bend, kneel and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally / 50 lbs frequently is required. This position requires proficiency in use of tablets and associated software used by the company (training will be provided) for service management and documentation and a clear driving record.
