To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in senior living or assisted living operations, with a focus on operational excellence. Familiarity with state and federal regulations is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Adaptability and analytical skills are also critical for this position.
Frequent travel (80%) is a requirement, and a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is mandatory. A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
