About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Community Relations Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business partnerships with referral sources, managing a territory, and generating referrals through effective sales and marketing efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory plans, strategies, and actions to achieve sales targets
- Analyze the territory, establish sales goals, and create sales plans with the sales manager
- Build relationships with PruittHealth Home Health staff, referral sources, and partners from other PruittHealth divisions to identify opportunities for collaboration and patient retention
- Identify key referring physicians, build the PruittHealth Home Health brand, and increase referral volume from these offices
- Basic knowledge of insurance companies and other payer sources
- Support promotional activities, sales campaigns, and other growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Demonstrates principles of the sales process in a healthcare environment
- Able to manage a territory, conduct sales calls, and generate referrals by building long-term business relationships
- Able to develop clinical knowledge to support sales activities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate with different disciplines in the healthcare field
- Familiar with MS Office Suite (primarily MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with virtual working tools and videoconferencing software
