About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at PruittHealth. As a Collaborative Care Professional for Adults and Seniors, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive adult and geriatric admission history and physical exams.
- Identify, diagnose, and document episodic, acute, and chronic diseases in adults.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner Master's Degree program or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in geriatric, adult, or family practice settings.
