Job Summary:
PruittHealth @ Home is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evaluative, consultative, and treatment interventions to patients referred by licensed physicians in their place of residence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, document, and report patient progress using required documents and technology within established timelines.
- Maintain continuity of care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and attending physician to develop, integrate, and manage the patient care plan.
- Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted professional license in state of practice.
- Graduate of ACOTE accredited school.
- Foreign-trained applicants must have credentials evaluated by approved organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Home Health experience.
