Job Title:
Hospice Operations Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Hospice Operations Manager to join our team at PruittHealth.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance of assigned offices, ensuring they meet budgetary goals. Maintain and oversee census-to-budget goals in assigned offices.
- Staffing and Compliance: Ensure staffing meets budgetary requirements and complies with company standards. Conduct ongoing supervisory visits to contracted facilities and patient/family homes.
- Clinical Performance: Oversee overall clinical performance of assigned offices, ensuring staff receive appropriate orientation and ongoing training.
- HR and Compliance: Maintain records and oversee human resources practices, documenting incidents and resolutions of problems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospice operations.
- Executive management level experience required.
- Knowledge of Hospice operations, state and federal regulations, and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with frequent travel.
