Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse on our Hospice Services team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with serious illnesses. Your duties will include:
- Completing evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan;
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation and record-keeping;
- Following established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice;
- Maintaining continuity of patient care in a hospice setting.
Requirements:
- Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
