About the Opportunity
PruittHealth is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Community Relations Representative, you will play a vital role in developing strategic partnerships with referral sources, driving growth in our Hospice business.
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for building relationships with PruittHealth staff to ensure effective communication with referral sources. You will identify key referring physicians and personnel in hospitals, nursing homes, and managed care operations, as well as opportunities to increase referral volume from these sources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians and personnel in hospitals, nursing homes, and managed care operations
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the healthcare landscape and sales processes
* Collaborate with PruittHealth staff to ensure seamless communication with referral sources
* Build and maintain a territory, conducting sales calls and presentations to drive referrals and growth
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in Healthcare Sales/Marketing or equivalent combination of experience and training
* Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and sales processes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse disciplines in the healthcare field
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual working tools (Webex, Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams)
