- Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and individualized care plans
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive care planning
- Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment
- Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Must have a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice
- Graduate of ASHA-accredited school
