A summer job opportunity at an NVA hospital will give veterinary students the unique opportunity to understand the day-to-day operations of an NVA practice while earning money. About the Hospital:
- Digital Radiology, with all files read by a boarded radiologist
- Surgical and Therapeutic Laser
- Video Endoscope and Laparoscope
- 3 Ultrasounds
- 2 Well-equipped surgery suites with blood pressure, EKG, pulse oximetry, and end-tidal CO2 monitoring equipment
- 2 Well-equipped dental tables
- Ligasure and Cautery Equipment
- Digital Dental Radiology
- We offer a variety of soft issue and orthopedic surgeries
- Full in-house lab, and additional off-site reference lab (two Idexx Catalyst One Chemistry Analyzers, Idexx Procyte Hematology Analyzer, and Idexx Coagulation Analyzer)
- Veterinary Rehabilitiation (a new Summus Platinum 4 Therapeutic Laser, and a suite of new exercise equipment)
