What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at PRWT Services?
U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Painter for our Philadelphia, PA location. The painter will be responsible for interior and exterior painting and re-painting of walls and ceilings. Responsible to take immediate action to resolve corrective maintenance issues.
May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES :
- Repaint damage or deteriorated surfaces
- Paint new work installed by others
- Touch up painted areas
- Clean and prep painted areas
- Works with other staff as assigned or independently
- Reports to supervisory personnel for material list and timelines for the completion of a project.
- Make light carpentry / masonry repairs in preparation for area to be painted.
- Install ceiling tiles, floor tiles, walls / base trim in areas as assigned
