PRYER Aerospace is hiring a Production Control Analyst. PRYER Aerospace is a leading provider of structural components, assemblies and kits to the aerospace industry. We specialize in the assembly and fabrication of complex sheet metal and machined components for commercial, corporate and military aircraft.
The Production Control Analyst Reviews and analyzes requirements for production order (router) releases to support ongoing operations. Manages system and/or production floor requests for release, update or alteration to existing schedule requirements and modifies MRP jobs accordingly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor MRP suggestions for timely creation of routers as determined by company scheduling processes and rules.
- Evaluate part requirements, build requirements and shop flow needs to ensure maximum efficiency in quantity and type of materials to optimize and balance manufacturing efficiency, inventory and customer sales order fulfillment.
- Issue replacement routers due to scrap, rejection or engineering changes as needed or requested.
- Issue split routers as requested by Operations Management or as necessary to support quantity optimization.
- Support Master Production Schedule by coordinating with Customer and Project Managers, Purchasing, Engineering, Planning and other personnel to exchange information regarding inventories, schedules, part accuracy and related issues.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 or more years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years extensive experience using business software including but not limited to; spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail and others.
- Basic ability to read and interpret blue prints.
- Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Previous aerospace industry experience is a preferred.
SKILLS:
- Proficient with MS Office products
- ERP system knowledge (Epicor preferred)
