PRYER Aerospace is hiring for a Rout Operator. The first shift position is at our Tulsa, OK location. Ask about our Sign On Bonus!
PRYER Aerospace is a leading provider of structural components, assemblies and kits to the aerospace industry. We specialize in the fabrication of complex sheet metal and machined components for commercial, corporate and military aircraft.
Use hand router to cut aluminum in flat pattern or formed stage by matching of fiberglass or metal tools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Use various routing tools such as file, wire brush, buffing cloth, grinding wheel, band saw or pneumatic grinder motor.
- Provide feedback for product improvements for quality and cost as part on ongoing learning process of operations.
- Able to function as a team member and under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
• Working knowledge of Deburr Process and/or CNC Machining.
• Must be able to read blue prints, purchase orders and routers.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools as well as precision measuring instruments.
• Familiar with basic Quality Requirements / ISO Awareness.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Light computer skills.
