In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of business consisting of complex commercial accounts. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional client service and ensuring the efficient processing of change requests, Certificates of Insurance, Binders, Auto ID Cards, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing an assigned book of business for commercial clients
* Processing change requests on carrier websites
* Issuing Certificates of Insurance, Binders, and Auto ID Cards as needed
* Maintaining a working knowledge of property, casualty, and management liability coverages
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lines
* Working knowledge of online carrier rating systems
* Familiarity with EPIC is a plus

* Is a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial lines
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is able to work independently with minimal supervision
