The ideal candidate will have experience in property and casualty insurance renewal programs, including analyzing exposures, identifying risks, and recommending control measures. They will also be responsible for contract reviews, policy analysis, and claims management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and summarize renewal exposures for property and casualty insurance programs
- Identify and analyze potential risks to clients and recommend effective control measures
- Perform contract reviews and remediation from a risk management perspective
- Develop risk reduction approaches and manage the claims process
- Work with lenders to obtain certificates of insurance and other pertinent documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or Risk Management
- 5 years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance policy clauses and management liability coverage
- Working knowledge of construction risks and experience with safety, loss prevention, and claims analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe)
