Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, starting April 1, 2025, and working thru August 2025. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fishing based environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and filling orders.
- Process customer orders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers
- Utilize a credit card processing system to process transactions and handle cash register duties
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate pricing information
- Experience in outdoor recreation specifically fishing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
