- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management is required, a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Professional certification (such as C.P.M., CPSM, CPIM) a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is a must.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong project management/leadership skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Strong computer skills with emphasis in SAP, Excel, and Office tools.
