OVERVIEW:
The Elevator Planner is responsible for planning, and controlling all Inbound supplies, Receiving and Warehousing coherence, Internal Production Planning and execution to facilitate DC’s dispatching ensuring Service Level and Logistics KPI solidity.
Reporting to NA Supply Chain Sr. Manager, this position cooperates with Distribution Department, Internal and External Manufacturing vendors and Supply Chain team to synchronize Material Receiving together with Planning DC manufacturing needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that Sales and Operations Targets and Service level addressed is synchronized in terms of materials management, inbound and outbound flow coordination;
- Give right pace to Manufacturing and DC teams concerning Inbound receiving and replenishment activities assuring proper control from Material replenishment to Production scheduling and WH receiving;
- Plan production needs for Kits and Harnesses requirements for DC delivery operations, continuously aligning with Manufacturing and Distribution teams;
- Ensure product availability to support production and receiving through coordination and support of the inbound team;
- Synchronize Supply Chain issues within Operations, Manufacturing and Warehousing teams to escalate and solve fulfillment targets of the NA business;
- Participate in all planned physical inventory at the Battleboro, NC distribution center;
- Participate in any systems or ERP change or new development;
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- Thorough understanding of warehousing, planning and logistics
- Expertise in developing and initiating continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Experience with SD and APO modules of SAP or other WMS.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- English: Proficient in reading, writing and verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze problems, priorities, and work processes.
- Ability to connect functional execution to business strategy.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
- Analytical and quantitative mindset.
- Ability to mediate and conciliate different interests towards the common goal.
- Office package and SAP is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience with additional technical/managerial training.
- Experience from 5 to 9 years.
