Job Responsibilities :
- Works to create, document, and organize job plans for preventive / planned maintenance activities including instructions, specifications, special tools and estimated parts required.
- Utilizes CMMS to drive all aspects of scheduling preventive, planned, and interruptible tasks. This includes schedule coordination with operations, maintenace supervision, and outside vendors.
- Works with the Maintenance Materials Coordinator to ensure adequate materials are on hand for all planned activities.
- Works with the Maintenance Materials Coordinator to drive job kitting for PM and other planned maintenance as applicable.
- Assists the plant engineer in developing and coordinating plans for repairs or installation of new equipment, machinery, or buildings and capital projects
- Modifies PM instructions as required to be comprehensive and accurate.
- Maintains all technical documentation logs, drawing files, and equipment history files.
- Maintains Tier 1 board and informational boards to aid in plant communications.
- Supply all required data to support initiatives.
- Provide CMMS training to others within the organization.
- Works safely and complies with all HBC policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements : W ork Experience :
One to two years related experience and / or training or a combination of education and maintenance experience.
Education :
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, associate degree (AA) preferred.

Working Conditions :
Maintenance Planners typically work in an indoor office setting but may need to spend time in the field conducting inspections and supervising maintenance activities.
