What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tool Crib Coordinator position at Prysmian Group?
Essential Job Functions
Receives incoming parts and maintenance supplies
Identifies and catalogs received parts
Stocks supply shelves
Maintains accurate part and stock levels in the current CMMS program
Inventories
Does supply runs
Maintains housekeeping requirements in all plant storerooms and storeroom office
Required Skills/Qualifications
Ability to carry out verbal or written instructions
Ability to work overtime (over 40 hours in workweek, or more than 8 hours per day.
Must be familiar with MS office, specifically Outlook email & Excel.
Must be familiar with researching repair parts utilizing internet.
Ability to maintain stock inventory in plant databases.
Removing, lifting, carrying of heavy objects
Squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, bending, grasping and manipulating machinery parts almost continuously
